1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EchoLang ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. EchoLang is operated by BlockSands AI FZE, a company registered in Dubai, UAE.
2. Description of Service
EchoLang provides AI-powered voice cloning, voice translation, transcription, summarization, and text-to-speech services accessible through Telegram and WhatsApp messaging platforms. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
Access to EchoLang is provided through Telegram or WhatsApp. Your messaging platform account serves as your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs through it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Voice Data & Privacy
When you submit voice recordings to EchoLang, you grant us a limited license to process that audio solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your voice data for any purpose other than generating your voice clone and providing the requested AI services. You may delete your voice clone data at any time by contacting us or using the bot commands.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EchoLang to: (a) create misleading or fraudulent audio content impersonating others without their consent; (b) generate content that violates any applicable law; (c) produce content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models; (e) use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond what is permitted by your subscription plan.
6. Intellectual Property
Audio outputs generated by EchoLang using your voice data are owned by you. EchoLang retains all rights to its AI models, software, and underlying technology. The EchoLang name, logo, and branding are trademarks of BlockSands AI FZE.
7. Subscription & Billing
The Pro plan is billed at $9.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the bot. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused portions of billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
8. Affiliate Program
Participation in the EchoLang Affiliate Program is subject to separate Affiliate Terms. Commissions are paid monthly for active referrals. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals or violations of affiliate terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that voice cloning will be 100% accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated translations may contain errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockSands AI FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through the Telegram or WhatsApp bot.
